IDEELab Metal Mobile Training Unit

Mississippi State University is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, and deliver a fully equipped, metal‑constructed mobile training trailer for its IDEELab program. The trailer must be at least 49 feet long, feature multiple expandable workstations, extensive electrical, HVAC, audiovisual, and safety systems, and be fully compliant with OSHA and DOT regulations. The contract includes engineering, design, graphics, transportation, commissioning, training, documentation, and annual inspections, with delivery to various districts across the state. • Design and build a 49‑ft metal mobile training unit with four electric slide‑out sections, ADA‑compliant lift, HVAC, generator, and extensive AV/IT infrastructure. • Provide full lifecycle services: engineering, graphics, transportation, commissioning, permits, insurance, training, documentation, and DOT inspections. • Deliver a single unit to be used statewide for K‑12 outreach, meeting all OSHA safety and MSU contract requirements.
