Reservation Spay & Neuter Clinic – Request for Proposal (RFP)

The Colville Tribal Police Department seeks a qualified contractor to provide full‑service vegetarian catering for a five‑day “Reservation Spay & Neuter Clinic” event. The contractor must supply lunch and dinner for 65 participants, all necessary staff, cooking and serving equipment, disposable tableware, food‑handler permits, and complete site clean‑up, while complying with Tribal safety and health regulations.
