The City of Bismarck is seeking bids for the construction of a traffic signal fiber optic interconnect system and related items in Highway Construction Project One-Hundred Thirty-Two (132). The project includes approximately 1,450 LF of conduit, 1,650 LF of tracer wire, 4 fiber pullboxes, modifications to the existing fire station data room cabinet, installation of provided fiber optic cable, and related items. The substantial and final completion date is 11/21/2025. • The bid requires a $22.00 digital payment and a separate $42.00 payment to QuestCDN.com for electronic bidding. • A paper set of plans and specifications is available for a nonrefundable price of $150.00 per set. • The contractor must upload a copy of their license and bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount through QuestCDN. • The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award.
