Payment Gateway Services

The State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Office of Health Care Assurance is seeking a digital payment gateway vendor to provide payment gateway services. The vendor will be responsible for integrating with an Amazon Warehouse Solution (AWS) environment to collect annual and bi-annual licensing fees for over 4000 facilities, agencies, and individuals. The payment gateway must receive digital payments, process them, and automatically update the database. The vendor must also provide email notifications, real-time payment status, and integrated reporting capabilities. • The performance period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030, with possible extensions. • The contractor must be capable of receiving and processing online digital payments via all major credit and debit cards. • The interested offeror must register to do business in the State of Hawaii and obtain necessary tax identification documents. • The vendor must provide a Certificate of Vendor Compliance (CVC) obtained through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE).
