6130--Uninterruptible Power Supply

The Northampton VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase 18 Vertiv Liebert ITA2 UPS or equivalent units to upgrade the electrical infrastructure of their leased spaces to meet Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) standards. The selected vendor will be responsible for shipping and delivering the equipment. The award will be based on a comparative evaluation of quotes considering factors such as price, past performance, delivery speed, OEM authorization, and domestic product. • The UPS units must be 5kW three-phase 208V 20A rack-mounted with L21-20 input and output connections. • The units must have a fully self-contained enclosure and be fan-cooled with front air entry and rear exhaust. • The battery capacity must be ten minutes at 70% load (3.5kW). • The vendor must provide components from a single manufacturer. • The delivery shall be provided no later than 30-90 days after receipt of order.
