Command and Control Facility (C2F) Building Maintenance and Repair

The US Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors to determine their capability to meet the requirements of the STRATCOM Building Maintenance Contract (BMC) Support contract. The contract will cover a comprehensive range of services required to operate, maintain, repair, inspect, upgrade, update, integrate, and ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all infrastructure, systems, equipment, facilities, and grounds at STRATCOM HQ, B1000. The services will be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, and will include preventative and corrective maintenance, scheduled sustainment, emergency repairs, inspections, testing, and certifications, operation and maintenance of all systems, regulatory compliance, reporting and documentation, and all necessary installation, modification, and upgrades. • The contract will require the contractor to possess and maintain a SECRET Facility Security Clearance (FCL). • The contractor must be able to fulfill at least 50% of the total requirement within its own company. • The contractor must provide experienced, qualified, and certified personnel with the requisite skills and expertise to perform all required work under the contract. • The contractor must have a detailed 24/7 Emergency Response Capability Plan outlining procedures for responding to and mitigating critical failures within specified timeframes.
