Description
The City of Portsmouth is seeking a firm to provide daily cleaning services for its municipal pools, including the outdoor pool at Peirce Island and the indoor pool at 48 Andrew Jarvis Drive. The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as cleaning windows, kitchens, and bathrooms. The firm will also be responsible for trash removal, minor maintenance, and supply restocking. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the potential for two one-year extensions.
• Daily cleaning of the outdoor and indoor pools, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
• Cleaning of windows, kitchens, and bathrooms
• Trash removal and minor maintenance
• Supply restocking and facility locking
• Maintaining a cleaning chart and organizing cleaning storage areas
• Immediately reporting any maintenance issues
