FY26 Annual Training Raw Subsistence / Bulk Food

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide raw subsistence items, including bulk food, to the Kansas Army National Guard during their Annual Training at Ft. Riley, Kansas, from May 29 to June 25, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the food items according to a weekly menu. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract, and the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time. * Key items to be provided include: beef, chicken, pork, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and baked goods * The contractor must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and maintain it throughout the contract period * The contractor must submit invoices through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system * The Government will make payments through electronic funds transfer (EFT)
