Power Construction and Services II (PCS II) MATOC

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Philadelphia District will issue a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ Multiple‑Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) titled “Power Construction and Services II (PCS II).” The contract will support power‑related construction and services in contingency or austere environments for U.S. Government, coalition, and host‑nation forces across the CENTCOM AOR and selected EUCOM nations (including Ukraine, Poland, Romania, etc.). Up to three to seven awardees will be selected, sharing a total contract ceiling of $249 million.
