Description
The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver an ice machine with bin to the Fire Department. The machine must be complete with an ice bin and top kit. The vendor must provide a quote that includes all applicable taxes, including Hawaii general excise tax and use taxes. The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
* The vendor must deliver the ice machine within 30 calendar days after the date of the purchase order.
* The vendor must provide a quote that includes all applicable taxes.
* The vendor must comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-310(c) and provide proof of compliance through Hawaii Compliance Express.
* The vendor must provide a product data sheet if quoting an alternate product.
