Jefferson County’s Office for the Aging is seeking a qualified firm to provide a complete Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) for eligible senior clients throughout the county. The contractor must supply, install, and maintain electronic call devices, operate a 24/7 monitoring center, handle training, routine testing, maintenance, battery replacement, and equipment removal, all in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
