FY 2026/2027 WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS

The City of Corvallis is seeking vendors to provide treatment chemicals for water and wastewater operations. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The City is looking for vendors to supply Sodium Hypochlorite, Liquid Aluminum Sulfate, Soda Ash, Sodium Fluorosilicate, and Liquid Sodium Bisulfite. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid substantially complies with the requirements set forth in the Invitation to Bid. • The contract will require the vendor to deliver chemicals to one or more of the City's locations, including the Taylor Water Treatment Plant, Rock Creek Water Treatment Plant, and Wastewater Reclamation Plant. • The vendor will be required to provide a Certificate of Analysis and an Affidavit of Compliance with their bid. • The City reserves the right to request product samples for analysis and may reject the product based on test results. • The vendor will be responsible for reporting and cleaning up any spills that may occur during delivery. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
