CSU Grounds Maintenance (Outlying Areas)

The State of Georgia, via Columbus State University, is seeking a single‑vendor contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for the university’s outlying campuses and facilities. The work includes routine mowing, edging, shrub and tree trimming, cleaning of amusement and park areas, landscaping design and planting, irrigation system maintenance, seasonal pine‑straw installation, fertilization, pest‑control (when warranted), debris removal, and rapid response to emergency service requests. The contractor must maintain a local team capable of responding within 24 hours of any service request, provide detailed equipment inventories, submit thorough staffing and safety plans, and comply with all applicable Georgia statutes (E‑Verify, pesticide licensing, insurance, and contract‑terms). The contract runs for an initial year ending June 30 2027 with up to four optional one‑year renewals at the State’s discretion.
