Spirit Wear and Promotional Items

The Mesquite Independent School District is seeking proposals for the purchase of Spirit Wear and Promotional Items, including customized items used to promote events, services, or district programs. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis, with awards made throughout the open period of solicitation. The estimated annual volume for these contracts is $200,000.00 or more per year. • The contract will be in full force and effect from the date of award through June 30 of each year, with auto-renewal on July 1st of each year unless re-bid at the discretion of Mesquite ISD. • Proposals will be accepted electronically or by mail, with electronic bids submitted through the district's website. • Late bids will be returned to the vendor unopened. • All addenda will be issued via the district website, and it is the vendor's responsibility to check for addenda postings prior to submitting responses.
