This Navy solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to repair, overhaul, upgrade, test, and inspect a Blade Set for an aircraft fan (NSN 340-161-304-0). The work includes disassembly, cleaning, component repair or replacement, reassembly, functional testing, and final acceptance to Return‑For‑Issue (RFI) condition. The contractor must provide all labor, facilities, tools, parts, and testing equipment; government will not supply special tooling. Repairs must meet a 90‑day Repair Turn‑Around Time (RTAT) from receipt of the asset, with a contract induction window of 365 days from award.
