The City of Tulsa is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive street‑cleaning and sweeping services for all arterial, expressway, and residential (maintenance‑zone) streets, as well as city‑owned properties, for a one‑year base period with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year extensions. The contract is awarded to the lowest‑responsive‑bidder, evaluated on price (70 %) plus resources and experience (each 15 %). Bidders must submit a $10,000 bid bond, and the successful contractor will provide a performance bond equal to 50 % of the total extended cost for hourly‑rate items.
