Golf Cart Fleet Replacement for Clear Creek Golf Course

The Warren County Board of Supervisors is seeking sealed proposals from qualified manufacturers or authorized distributors for the furnishing and delivery of fifty (50) new golf carts for use at Clear Creek Golf Course. The golf carts shall be new, current-production models, complete with all required accessories, custom logos, cart numbering, wheel covers, delivery, setup, and all other services necessary to provide a ready-for-use fleet. Proposals shall also include payment of the County's existing 2023 golf cart fleet balance (approximately $159,000.00) and identify how the payoff, along with any applicable trade-in or removal of the existing fleet, is incorporated into the proposal.
