The State of Kansas, through the Secretary of State, is seeking competitive bids to supply official Kansas State Flags. The contract is open‑ended, with an initial term from the award date through September 30 2028 and two optional one‑year renewals. Flags must be manufactured in the United States, meet exact color and design specifications set forth in K.S.A. 73‑702, and be delivered FOB destination within ten working days of a purchase order. The vendor must provide a sample 3′ × 5′ flag upon request at no cost to the State and must comply with a series of certifications (immigration, sexual‑harassment, boycott of Israel, telecom‑equipment, tax clearance, etc.).
