Adopt-A-Box Program

The City of Warner Robins is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the production, installation, and removal of graffiti-resistant vinyl wraps for traffic signal control boxes. This project is part of the City’s Adopt-A-Box Program, which aims to beautify streetscapes and celebrate community identity. The selected vendor will provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the fabrication, surface preparation, installation, and removal of these wraps. Key requirements include: • High-quality, graffiti-resistant vinyl wrap with a minimum 4-year durability rating • Warranty of at least 1 year on materials and workmanship • Ability to complete all work within 21 calendar days of receiving final artwork files • Pricing for professional removal of wraps, including adhesive residue cleanup • Examples of similar projects and experience with similar materials
