Description
Oregon State University seeks to replace its existing Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) on a research mooring off Cape Arago. The replacement must be the same “Workhorse Sentinel 300 kHz” model from Teledyne RD Instruments to maintain data continuity, avoid costly re‑engineering of the mooring, and simplify maintenance. The procurement is being conducted as a sole‑source award because no other vendor can meet the exact compatibility requirements without significant modifications.
