Telecom & infrastructure lease assessment

Hood River County is seeking a professional services firm to conduct a comprehensive review and evaluation of the County's telecommunications infrastructure, leases, easements, and agreements. The project will involve inventorying telecommunications assets, evaluating lease terms and agreements, assessing regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve management and generate additional revenue. The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed report and presentation of their findings and recommendations. The project is expected to last 6-8 weeks and will be conducted in two potential phases: Phase 1 - Assessment and Recommendations, and Phase 2 - Implementation of Phase 1 Recommendations (optional). • The project will involve reviewing existing documentation and facilities, identifying gaps or risks, and providing recommendations with an implementation plan to support improved management and compliance of telecommunications assets. • The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed report and presentation of their findings and recommendations. • The project is expected to last 6-8 weeks and will be conducted in two potential phases. • The County reserves the right not to proceed beyond Phase 1 based on Phase 1 results, budget considerations, or other County priorities.
