The US Air Force intends to award a single-source Blanket Purchase Agreement for Catholic Priest Services to Monsignor Ed Lofton. The contract will provide religious and spiritual leadership to Catholic military personnel and their dependents at Joint Base Charleston during the Senior Civilian Catholic Priest's absence. The contract period is from 01 March 2026 to 30 September 2030. • The contractor will work in conjunction with the Senior Civilian Catholic Priest. • The contractor must be approved by the local Charleston Diocese. • The contractor must be able to perform services in accordance with DoDI 1304.28. • The Government will continue to survey the market for authorized service providers for future requirements.
