LEAD SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT PHASE 11F

The City of Rockford Water Division is seeking qualified contractors to replace approximately 400 lead service lines serving residential properties throughout the city. Work will be performed under the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency Public Water Supply Loan Program and must comply with Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage requirements, DBE participation goals, and the Build America/Buy America Act.
