J065 - Audiological Equipment Maintenance

The VA Coatesville Healthcare System is seeking qualified small businesses, preferably veteran‑owned, to provide continuous preventive maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs for a large inventory of audiology equipment at two VA facilities in Pennsylvania. The effort includes one scheduled calibration/maintenance visit per piece of equipment each June, documentation of work performed, and the provision of parts only when needed. The contract will be a base year with four optional one‑year extensions, totaling up to five years of service. Respondents must be registered in SAM and able to demonstrate technical capability, parts inventory, and compliance with VA security and privacy requirements. • Locations: Coatesville VA Medical Center (1400 Black Horse Hill Rd, Coatesville, PA) and West Norriton VA Clinic (2495 General Armistead Ave, Norristown, PA). • Scope: Preventive maintenance, calibrations to ANSI standards, minor repairs, and parts replacement for ~50 audiology devices (Audiostar Pro, Tympstar Pro, Interacoustics Titan, etc.). • Schedule: One calibration/maintenance visit per unit in June of each contract year; work performed Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm. • Requirements: Small business status, veteran‑ownership, SAM registration, capability statement, and compliance with VA privacy training. • Deliverables: Service reports, calibration certificates, parts lists, and confirmation of test‑equipment calibration.
