The California Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call hazardous waste disposal services throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties. The scope includes collection, testing, transport, legal disposal, bin rental, and documentation of a wide range of hazardous, regulated, universal, and biological wastes, with strict compliance to state and federal environmental regulations. No subcontracting is allowed; the prime contractor must hold multiple licenses and certifications (CSLB Class A, HAZ, DIR registration, motor carrier permit, etc.).
