Budget estimate

$1,100,000 – $1,300,000

The solicitation estimates the total project cost between $1,100,000 and $1,300,000. Assuming the winning contractor receives the full contract amount (typical for design‑build water‑utility projects) and that no significant change orders occur, the expected earnings fall within that range. Factors that could shift the final budget include variations in actual quantities installed, change‑order scope, and any retained performance bonds or liquidated‑damage penalties.
