Window Washing Services

The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, is seeking bids for window washing services for various state-owned buildings in the Salem, Portland, and Eugene areas. The contract will be for an initial term of two years, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The selected contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, and expertise to perform window washing services, including interior and exterior window washing, gutter cleaning, and solar panel washing. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services and must be certified by ASTM WK87344 for cleaning solar panels. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials. • The contractor will be required to provide a certified disadvantaged business outreach plan. • The contractor will be required to provide a responsibility inquiry form. • The contractor will be required to provide a bid pricing form. • The contractor will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through.
