Dubai Air Show 2025 Exhibit Build

The Contractor shall design, construct, support, and tear down the exhibit booth in accordance with the details outlined in the PWS as well as the timelines, restrictions, rules, and regulations of the show organizer's exhibitor manual. The project duration is from 28 Jul 2025 to 30 Nov 2025. The contractor will be responsible for designing and building the exhibit booth, as well as providing support and tear-down services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection. • The contractor must also comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment schedule and the requirements for invoicing and payment. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed plan and schedule for the project, including milestones and deadlines. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and that the exhibit booth is safe and functional. • The contractor will be required to provide regular progress reports and to notify the contracting officer of any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.
