The quotation should include the price for each item, as well as any applicable discounts or shipping costs. The supplier should also provide a published price list to support the quoted pricing. The laboratory requires the supplier to verify the country of origin and confirm the lead time for delivery. The quotation should be received by July 13, 2026. • The MiniFlex 6G Internal Heat Exchanger is a key component of the system, and the supplier should provide a warranty for at least one year. • The supplementary components include an X-ray tube, variable knife edge slit, D/teX Ultra2 detector, and PC system. • The supplier should provide a completed Representations and Certifications form (ANL-70A) and a signed page one of the RFQ (ANL-70). • The laboratory reserves the right to accept or reject quotations on each item separately.
