KSC - Rec Center Treadmills and Stairmaster RFQ

The University System of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of gym equipment, including 4 treadmills and 1 Stairmaster, for the Keene State College gym and fitness center. The equipment must meet or exceed the provided specifications, and the supplier will be responsible for delivery, unloading, uncrating, and installation of the equipment. The evaluation process will be based on cost, ability to meet delivery schedule, and responsible qualified bidder. • The bid must include unit prices, net and including all costs to supply and deliver and warranty items. • The supplier must provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to entry on campus for equipment requiring installation. • The delivery and installation should be completed as soon as possible, ideally before August 20th. • The award may be in full, by schedule, item or items, or any combination thereof, whichever is in the best interest of the Owner.
