Clearview to Paradise 115 kV Transmission Line Easement Services

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking proposals from firms to provide easement acquisition services for the proposed Clearview to Paradise 115kV transmission line. The selected firm will be responsible for acquiring easements for the transmission line, which will be approximately 150 easements along the transmission line corridor. The firm should have experience in easement acquisition, particularly for transmission line construction projects. The proposal should include the firm's approach to the project, their experience and qualifications, and a cost estimate for the work. • The firm should have a licensed real estate professional in the state of Washington. • The firm should have experience in commercial and residential easement acquisition. • The firm should have knowledge of easement preparation and legal description writing. • The firm should be able to provide a cost estimate for the work, including a total hours for the scope of work. • The firm should be able to provide any exceptions to the terms and conditions set forth in the Sample Professional Services Contract.
