Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform annual inspection, testing, cleaning, filtration, treatment, and disposal of diesel fuel stored in underground storage tanks at the Erie VA Medical Center. The work must ensure compliance with NFPA 110, Joint Commission EC.02.05.07, and applicable ASTM fuel‑quality standards, and maintain operational readiness of emergency power systems for veteran care.
• Perform fuel sampling and laboratory testing to verify quality.
• Conduct tank cleaning, filtration, and treatment to remove contaminants.
