The City of Philadelphia is seeking quotations for promotional items, including a pop-up tent, transport wagon cart, litter bags, mugs, and magnetic clips for bags. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, and responsive seller. • The contract term is 365 days. • The City can order products or services at any time during the contract term. • The seller must deliver and the City shall pay for accepted and approved products and services. • The seller must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The seller must maintain insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability. • The seller must indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all losses, costs, claims, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses.
