Description
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City is seeking a professional event production company to produce, develop, organize, and manage the logistics for the 250th Independence Day Celebration. The event will be celebrated on July 30, 2026, at the New Embassy Compound in Mexico City. The company will be responsible for Audio, Lighting, Pipe and Drape, and Video Camera setup.
* The contract will be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order.
* The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
* The company must be registered in SAM at the time of proposal submission.
* The proposal must include SF-1449, Section 1, The Schedule, Pricing, and additional information as required in Sections 3 and 4.
