6611 MOTOR GRADER (AWD-6WD) for ANACONDA JOB CORPS CENTER

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking information from potential contractors to provide Enhanced Heavy Equipment, specifically a 6611 MOTOR GRADER (AWD-6WD), for the Anaconda Job Corps Center. The equipment must meet forestry industry safety requirements established by OSHA. The contractor shall provide the equipment in accordance with the attached DRAFT 6611 Motor Grader Spec Sheet. • The equipment must meet OSHA standards for heavy equipment used on forests or fire lines. • The equipment must have rollover protective structures (ROPS) and falling object protective structures (FOPS). • The equipment must have solid or mesh protection around the cab. • The equipment must have additional windows on the top and bottom of the cabs for increased visibility. • The equipment must meet the OSHA guidelines for protective structures.
