The City of Grand Island is seeking a comprehensive backflow management solution to replace or upgrade its existing compliance platform. The contract will cover the provision of software, migration of existing data, full implementation services, ongoing training for municipal staff, and long‑term technical support.
• Supply and install a modern backflow prevention and detection system.
• Deliver a software platform with data conversion from legacy records.
• Provide implementation, configuration, user training, and post‑deployment support.
• Ensure the solution meets local, state, and federal water safety regulations.
• Offer maintenance and technical assistance for the life of the system.
