Description
Washington State Ferries (WSF) is seeking a contractor to provide full‑service occupational medical surveillance for its crew, terminal staff, and maintenance personnel. The work includes baseline, periodic, follow‑up, and exit examinations performed or supervised by a board‑certified occupational‑medicine physician, respiratory clearance, asbestos‑related health monitoring, record‑keeping compliant with Washington occupational health regulations and HIPAA, and timely reporting of results to employees and WSF safety offices. The contract is a two‑year base term with the option to extend up to five additional one‑year periods.
