Notice of Intent to Sole Source TM Flow System

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to HealthWright Technologies, Inc. for a TM Flow/Flow 7 non-invasive vascular and autonomic health diagnostic platform. The TM Flow system meets all three of USU's requirements, including measurement of Ankle Brachial Indices and Volume Plethysmography, SweatC measurement, and mathematical analysis of Photoplethysmography. HealthWright is the only authorized TM Flow vendor with an active System for Award Management registration. Some key features of the TM Flow system include: • Measurement of the Ankle Brachial Indices and Volume Plethysmography for the screening of Peripheral Artery Disease • SweatC: Measurement of the Galvanic Skin response related to the sudomotor function • Mathematical Analysis of the Photoplethysmography for assessing autonomic nervous system via Heart Rate Variability Analysis at rest and during the Ewing Tests, and Endothelial function via the Photoplethysmography (PTG) Analysis
