RFP 2603 Concert Production

The City of Piqua, Ohio is seeking qualified vendors to provide concert production services for their upcoming events at Lock 9 Park. The selected provider will be responsible for providing sound, lighting, and staging equipment for approximately 15 concerts per season. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 24 months. The City of Piqua will set the annual concert schedules based on artist availability. • The contract includes providing audio, lighting, and equipment needs for performers, setting up and inspecting the stage prior to the event, executing the concert in accordance with the pre-approved plan, and cleaning up after each concert. • The City of Piqua reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The awarded contractor must comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, including safety and environmental regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of adequate liability insurance coverage, including worker's compensation and general liability.
