Description
The Department of Health, Family Health Services Division, is seeking a vendor to provide Holistic Youth Empowerment Coordinator services. The selected vendor will be required to implement the Teen Outreach Program (TOP), an evidence-informed curriculum focused on youth development and reproductive health. The vendor must demonstrate the capacity to support curriculum delivery and ensure facilitators are properly trained and certified.
