Debit Card Services

The Kansas Department of Labor is seeking a vendor to provide debit card services for unemployment insurance benefits. The primary goals of the contract are to ensure cardholders receive benefits efficiently, timely, accurately, and securely, as well as to improve fraud detection and deterrence. The vendor will be required to provide a debit card program that meets the needs of the Department of Labor and its claimants. Key responsibilities include ensuring cardholders receive benefits, detecting and preventing fraud, and providing customer support. • The vendor must provide a debit card program that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP. • The vendor must ensure that cardholders receive benefits in a timely and secure manner. • The vendor must provide customer support and respond to claimant inquiries. • The vendor must detect and prevent fraud related to the debit card program. • The vendor must provide regular reports and updates to the Department of Labor.
