Integral Care is seeking a qualified laboratory services provider to deliver comprehensive clinical laboratory testing and on-site specimen collection services. The selected vendor will provide timely, reliable laboratory testing that supports diagnostic evaluation, medication management, crisis stabilization, and ongoing treatment across all Integral Care programs. Required laboratory services include routine blood panels, medication monitoring, metabolic monitoring, hematology testing, endocrine screening, infectious disease testing, urine testing, and toxicology screening.
