REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS / STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS For Municipal Bond Underwriting Services

The Saline Regional Public Water Authority is seeking a municipal bond underwriting firm to assist with a $120 million water‑revenue bond issuance to fund a new water‑treatment plant and related infrastructure. The selected firm will prepare documentation, advise on bond sale methods, conduct investor outreach, manage the public offering platform, provide pre‑ and post‑sale analysis, and facilitate bond closing. • Assist with document preparation, coordination with counsel, municipal advisor, and Issuer staff. • Advise on bond sale structure, credit considerations, and potential credit enhancements. • Conduct investor outreach, marketing, and manage electronic order platform for a public offering. • Provide pricing analysis, market commentary, and assist with bond closing documentation.
