Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program provides financing for eligible projects to restore and maintain water quality in California. Eligible applicants include cities, towns, districts, and other public bodies, as well as Native American tribal governments and non-profit organizations. Eligible projects include construction of publicly-owned treatment facilities, nonpoint source projects, and implementation of estuary comprehensive conservation and management plans.
