RFP No. 256109 International Truck Repair and Services

The City of Salem is seeking proposals from International Truck dealerships to provide repair and maintenance services for its fleet of International trucks. The selected contractor will be expected to provide timely, professional, and cost-effective services, including diagnostic services, warranty and non-warranty repairs, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and recalls. The City is looking for a contractor that can provide responsive service, qualified and certified technicians, access to genuine International parts, and adherence to industry best practices and safety standards. • The contractor must be an authorized International Truck dealership with access to Factory software, Proprietary information, and Factory certified technicians. • The contractor must be located within approximately 45 minutes of Salem, Oregon. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed list of maintenance and repair services available for International Trucks. • The contractor must be able to provide references for similar projects completed in the last five years.
