Website Hosting, Migration, Support and Maintenance Services

The City College of New York (“College”) of The City University of New York (“University”) shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to provide hosting, migration, support and maintenance services for the College’s enterprise level, Drupal-based website. Respondent shall have hosted, managed and maintained an enterprise-level website receiving at least a million unique visitors per year for a minimum of three (3) years as of the Submission Due Date. Prospective Respondents must download a copy of the IFB from this advertisement. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A). The restricted period has begun. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an "impermissible contact" under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
