Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified fuel suppliers to provide bulk diesel (both #1 and #2, dyed and undyed) and unleaded gasoline for its three service locations in Boise‑Garden City, Idaho, for the 2027 fiscal year. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder and will include requirements for fuel quality, delivery timing, metering, invoicing, and optional winter chemical additives.
