This solicitation seeks three (3) units of an F‑16 electronic component (NSN 5998‑01‑117‑7048, part number 16E1223‑817) for foreign‑military‑sales (FMS) to Taiwan. The award will be firm‑fixed‑price; prices must remain firm for 120 days. Only qualified sources – Elbit (CAGE 0WEC9) and Lockheed Martin (CAGE 81755) – may submit unless they first qualify under DFARS 52.209‑1.
