Replace Switch and Repair Underground Electrical Near F293; Vance AFB, OK

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace a switch and repair underground electrical near Facility 293 at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The work includes the installation of one 15kV class pad-mounted distribution switch, two 15kV class pad-mounted sectionalizing cabinets, and the construction of approximately 1300 linear feet of duct bank and installation of approximately 1300 linear feet of 15kV class medium voltage cable. The contractor must also perform tie-ins to existing infrastructure, terminations, directional drilling, and all incidental work in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. • The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and provide a project manager and superintendent with relevant experience. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. • The contractor must provide a quality control plan and a safety plan. • The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with the contract documents and specifications.
