The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith is seeking a qualified general contractor to designâbuild a Center for Health Innovation, a stateâofâtheâart medicalâeducation facility featuring a simulation suite, collaborative learning theatre, classrooms, offices, and full mechanical/technology infrastructure. The contract will be awarded on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) basis with fastâtrack project management, BIM integration, and full commissioning responsibilities.
